What is an e-ticket?

Answer:

An e–ticket, also known as an electronic ticket, is an electronic document that contains the details of your flight ticket, Hotel booking, Tour package reservation. You can find your ticket ID on your E-ticket page issued by Tourplanner.pk. It is important to carry a print-out of the Ticket ID along with a valid photo-id proof (CNIC, driving license, Passport) during your tour.

Can I book a multi-city trip?

Answer:

Yes , you can do by booking manually. Book every travel product separately.

Does Tourplanner.pk offer any loyalty program?

Answer:

Not currently. However, there are some great discounts and deals on our offers page.


Question:

How do I register with tourplanner.pk? Why is it important for me to register on your site?

Answer:

Signing up is very easy. You can click on the 'sign up' link on the top menu bar at www.tourplanner.pk or while booking a travel product you will be automatically prompted to signup. It is important that you register with us so that you can get updates from us regarding discounts.

What are the payment options available with Tourplanner.pk ?

Answer:

You can make your booking using any of the following payment options :-

How can I place special requests through Tourplanner.pk?

Answer:

Please convey your special request to our customer service agents. We'll be happy to hear from you. Please drop us an email stating your request in detail. 


Question:

How do I get a copy of my Ticket ID?

Answer:

We e-mail you your e-ticket within 24 hrs of your booking on the same e-mail address you mentioned at the time of booking.


Question:

Can I cancel my Hotel and tour booking reservation?

Answer:

Yes you can cancel your reservation well in advance i.e 48 hrs before your departure. However some hotels charge equal to one night stay. Kindly check each hotel separately.


Question:

What are the cancellation charges for Hotel and tour bookings?

Answer:

It depends on the type of hotel or the tour activity you booked. Some hotel ask for cancellation amount equal to one night stay. This the maximum you can be charged for cancellation. In case of tour activities, it will be decided on case to case basis. however it will be equal to your booking deposit  


Question:

By when can I receive my refund in my account after cancellation of my booking?

Answer:

In case you have paid full in advance, then all refunds are processed by the method of payment used in the initial transaction. Once you have cancelled your booking, the refund is processed by Tourplanner.pk within 10 business days (weekends not included). An e-mail confirmation of the refund amount will be sent to the email address given to us at the time of booking. However, for the amount to reflect in your bank or credit card account is dependent on the time taken by your bank thereon. For any discrepancies and delays, kindly check directly with your bank or credit card company.
