It can be traveled by jeep in one Hour. Net elevation gain is around 700m. Ansu Lake Ansu is tear shaped high-altitude Lake situated adjacent to Malika Parbat. It can be reached via 11 km trail starting at Saif-ul-Malook.
Shogran is a hill station in Kaghan valley located at 212 km & some 6 hours driver from Islamabad, at the height of 7,749 ft above sea level. Shogran is a true tourist paradise for holiday makers and well known for its view of Malika-e-Parbat, highest peak of Kaghan valley. Shogran was a popular shooting place of Pakistani film industry during 90s. A 212 km metalled road leads to Kiwai from Islamabad, and shogran in 10 Km from kiwai. From Shogran, you can ride a jeep or horse or hike to several picturesque places like Siri,Paye and Makra Peak.
